August 23, 2008 By: Vimalcomment

Make sure that Mango pulp and yogurt are left in the fridge
at least for 1 hour before starting the recipe/ add 1/2 cup
extra crushed ice to the recipe because colder these
ingredients,lassi tastes better.

For 4 Servings

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Mango pulp. Made out of fresh mango / out of can juice of your choice.
2 Cups of plain yogurt. You may choose fat free.
½ Cup of sugar/2 tsp. sweetener of your choice.
1 Cup of crushed ice.

Directions:

Put all the above ingredients in a blender and blend it until it becomes
smooth, about for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour it equally into 4 glasses and serve
with straws as shown in the picture. It is a very popular drink in India,
during summer time, when it is mango season. Mango pulp is available in
a canat Indian stores and it is equally good. Some of the good brands
are Ratna and Kesari.
