Chocolate Covered Bananas and Cherries!

December 27, 2008 By: Soniacomment

Around the holidays I seem to collect tons of chocolate. All types, dark, white, milk, bars, nougats etc.. For the longest time I never knew what to do with all that chocolate, except eat it of course. My solution? Chop up bananas and coat them and the cherries in chocolate to serve at a New Year’s Party.

Make sure to melt the chocolate in a double boiler on low heat. It also helps to lay everything on top of wax paper. This ensures that the chocolate coating will not stick to any plate or bowl. Enjoy!

Sonia.
