Tomato and Cucumber Raita (Dip)

Tomato and Cucumber Raita

Total 4 Portions

Ingredients:-

1 Cup Non fat Plain Yogurt

1 Tomato Medium size

1 Cucumber Medium size

¼ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves

1//8 Tea spn. Salt or as per taste

1/8 Tea spn. Black Pepper/Red pepper crushed or as per taste (optional)

Directions;

Wash and peel tomato and cucumber. Chop them to small pieces.

Put the yogurt in a suitable bowl. Add salt, pepper and chopped coriander leaves. Mix them with a fork. Add chopped tomato and cucumber. Again mix them together.

Put it in a suitable serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves as shown in the picture. This Raita is very popular in Indian as well as Mediterranean Cuisines. It is tasty and could be served as a dip.
